Chris Falconetti of Bangel, Cohen and Falconetti represented me after I got hurt at work. When I was first counseled by him he explained that the process takes time and there will be a lot of communication in the beginning, some in the middle and then more at the end. Although I was anxious about wanting answers about my case he was available and honest throughout. At the end we got a good result and I was very happy with their service. Thought I was able to resolve my initial issue however the communication has resumed back to being poor. The 2nd star is the fact that Steve Cohen who went out of his way to contact me was very polite in doing so and did his utmost to help, but I understand that is not his role. Really hope they find more responsive staff members because that’s the only downside of this company.
