I've been with Bagel, Cohen and Falconetti for a few years. In that time period, i got to know Kenneth. Kenneth is very knowledgeable when it comes to the workers comp process. 9 out of 10 times he can tell you the outcome of a court hearing. Although he is busy, he will still find the time to help you out.
My Dr. once told me, " that your case is only as good as your lawyer". So to my fellow injured workers, choose wisely and go with Bagel, Cohen and Falconetti and let them know your here for Kenneth!!!!!

I am not an employee but have worked closely with BCF for many years with Workers’ Compensation. This firm and their attorneys has always been nothing but professional and extremely knowledgeable. They are well spoken and represent their clients successfully. Navigating the Workers’ Compensation system without an attorney is very difficult if not impossible for an injured worker. Having an attorney is imperative in protecting yourself, and I will always recommend BCF to friends and family. They are the law firm to go to. Trust me.

Would not recommend this firm unless your case can make the company a big rrecovery they don't follow up with the client been 2 years on my case if I got 3calls from them it's a lot there rude Bret a so called legal person hung up on me I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
