The reception is unprofessional. They lost the deed to my house that they never sent to me. Then reception gave me the run around. I have never received this deed from them to this date. They are negligent with documents and can’t be trusted. We had another made by a different lawyer. Wouldn’t recomend.

This is a horrible office they should not exist they are bias and racist, coincidentally the judges waste your time in the court room because they listen to the law guardian. had I knew my civil right then I would have never allowed my child in the room with that man Paul Salvatore I will never forget him or his look of discuss on his face when my black husband walked in the room! He allowed an 8 year old to choose what was best so he chose no structure, and no rules over being where he needed to be. My son now lives with some friend some where school telling me he’s failing and cause he’s 16 NY says there’s nothing I can do. Well, there was a lot I could do for him eight years ago. I have 2 other children that I could go on and on about their accomplishments but you choose to take my son who lived in NC safely with me and keep him in Elmira system for what??

They represent my kids and one was beat up by a official worker to the point he needed steches and nothing was done about it thank you cps Sullivan trail legal society

Lawyer at this practice named Stephen Hoffman is representing my landlord in a holdover eviction case. My landlord provided him the wrong information so when he realized he wasn’t getting an eviction that day because I was correct about how ERAP works and he was not, he threw a tantrum like a small child and started a yelling match with me. He was angry that I didn’t call him when I got served and tell him about all the repairs the landlord hasn’t made. He then proceeded to make a very inappropriate jab at me in reference to a brain injury I had mentioned to the court. I’ve never seen anything like it. Unbelievable. I’m not sure but I don’t think lawyers are supposed to be mocking or making discriminatory comments to disabled people before the court.

A very nice, professional group of people. I would highly recommend them!

Called a few weeks ago to schedule a consultation and the person who took the call couldn't answer if they were taking consultations or how much the charge would be. On top of that, I never heard back from them. The lack of professionalism will lead me to never deal with this firm and not recommend to anyone I know.
