Tom has neglected my case and has not given timelines on the progress whatsoever. I only had updates when I sent him email after email. And even then, he would reply with a very unprofessional four word answer that didn't even address the concern. Waste of money. If I wanted to be left in the dark about my case, I would have hired someone for much less.
