I was denied disability and didn't really know where to go from there. Lachman & Gorton helped me from the beginning with my appeal all the way to the end when I finally received a favorable decision, which I wasn't sure I'd get because I'd been denied a few times in the process. But they stuck it out with me and I'm very thankful. They are great at what they do, I highly recommend!

They're assisting me with my disability claims. They've really only corresponded with pre-written letters. It would be nice if they were a tad more hands on but they're busy with many cases and most disability claims can be handled through the mail. I called the other day to inquire about some paperwork and the lady who answered the phone was very impatient and rude. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences. Her tone sounded like I had given her some great annoyance with my presence. I don't expect employees to be happy but wow, I felt like she would rather be seasick than to talk to me. I hope she was just having a bad day and cheers up soon...

It's been going on about four-and-a-half years I have bipolar and other severe mental and cannot perform in a work place setting whatsoever.
