My 72 year old grandmother was Involved in a car accident where she got t-boned from a person that ran the red light and the other person had a suspended license and was under the influence. I’m deeply disappointed in the ethics of this law firm. They are currently pursuing a lawsuit against my 90-year-old grandmother. An aide slipped on ice outside her home—a regrettable accident—but instead of seeking a reasonable resolution, the firm has chosen to escalate the situation with an aggressive lawsuit. It’s disheartening to see a firm that appears to prioritize opportunism over integrity. This kind of behavior gives credence to the reputation of being “ambulance chasers.” If you value fairness and justice, I’d recommend seeking representation elsewhere.
