I had the greatest experience with Allen Rosner he fought for me until the very end, I’m grateful that I was guided in his direction, he didn’t back down once and when it got intense he climb even higher , It was a process but worth it in the end and went home with more then what I was told. I’m deeply disappointed in the ethics of this law firm. They are currently pursuing a lawsuit against my 90-year-old grandmother. An aide slipped on ice outside her home—a regrettable accident—but instead of seeking a reasonable resolution, the firm has chosen to escalate the situation with an aggressive lawsuit. It’s disheartening to see a firm that appears to prioritize opportunism over integrity. This kind of behavior gives credence to the reputation of being “ambulance chasers.” If you value fairness and justice, I’d recommend seeking representation elsewhere.
