I recently used the service of this firm to negotiate a separation agreement from a former employer. I had high hopes for this practice, I was assigned Ryan Files as my attorney in a work place retaliation-wrongful termination. Ryan was attentive in the being but never pushed for my case. He would not respond to emails, I went over 3 months without being able to get a hold of him as he blatantly ignored all of my emails. I was finally able to get a hold of him after months, thanks to the lovely paralegal Lindsay. She hunted Ryan down, just for him to email me minutes later and said that he was in so many words not perusing my case anymore. I’m more than disappointed in this law firm as I’ve heard many great things! Frank-the founder has great reviews on google but I wish I had the same outcome as the others. I did not feel supported in my claim and it was lack in communication on many parts from the Law office.

Mr gattuso represented me in a case and won! He was very responsive and walked me through everything even my dumbest questions... because I had never been through anything like that before. Some things were hard to discuss but he was very easy to talk with and confide in. I would highly recommend this law firm.

I stumbled upon this Law firm in 2022 while in search of a Human Rights lawyer for workplace harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and a hostile environment at one of the Syracuse, NY, hospitals. Although I didn't go with the law firm for that case, while discussing the above-mentioned conditions, other things were founded, such as unpaid wages. The firm has been diligent in working on and keeping me informed of the status of the unpaid wages case.
