Mr. Maurer answered the phone personally when i phoned regarding a vehicle accident i was a passenger in. i called regarding No Fault requirements in NY State. Ira proceeded to briefly explain the law and i's regulations and after explaining to him that i was not getting insurance info of their auto ins. carrier. he offered to help by reaching out to whom was providing and then spent hours contacting them for a case because he is a kind man There should be more Lawyers like Ira around
