The experience with the law firm was not satisfactory due to the assistant whose name is Elaine. There was a hidden fee that she didn't tell me and I didn't find it until the closing day, which I thought was not reasonable. The lawyer's price was settled in advance agreed by them when Elaine charged me $600+$200 for the first two times. But after the closing, Elaine said the price for me was so cheap with resentment as if I owed her a lot. It made me angry at what she said to me. Since I didn't force them to accept my price, why did you say that to me loudly? Elaine is one of the assistants of the law firm who was not knowledgeable enough to serve clients. The Lan Law firm has employed so many assistants like her to serve clients which affects its reputation seriously. I paid money for a professional lawyer's service, so why did they provide me with this unprofessional assistant to do the job? The law firm said I paid them less money for serving a 1.5 years?? It is so ridiculous! They agreed with my deal and my price, so, it is rude to say so. When I went to the law firm to pay the lawyer's fee, their assistant Elaine didn't provide me with a polite service. Her attitude was not welcoming, making me not comfortable! I didn't force them to agree with my price and my deal, so, why did they provide me worse service? I didn't owe any money to them but I was so angry at what the assistant served me, especially for her attitude of Elaine which was so annoying and unprofessional! I am still curious why the law firm hired so many assistants like Elaine to serve the clients. Now I have found an answer: because they are so cheap to work for the firm! But we clients will not be happy to be served by those cheap and unprofessional assistants with a lawyer price! The law firm said that I attacked others, which is a libel. I want to ask them: do you have evidence? They should feel shamed as a law firm to say so! I am just complaining about the assistant's service, but why do they attack me by libel? Is this their attitude to treat a client's complaint with this attitude? By the way, "Jessica" is also my name! I had no special purpose to change the name! A terrible experience with the law firm! Unprofessional SO MUCH!

Facing an OPT RFE can be stressful, but Ms Liu was a lifesaver! Their expertise in immigration law calmed my nerves. They explained the RFE clearly and guided me through the response process, always available to answer questions. Being patient and helpful all the time! Thanks to their help, I overcame the RFE and secured my OPT. If you're facing an immigration hurdle, especially with OPT, I highly recommend Ms Liu's professionalism and knowledge.

Mr Lan, Ms Liu, and Alynn are a great team. They are the best real estate lawyer firm I have ever used. They are reasonable in cost and yet deliverer excellent service. They are very accurate in their work and never made any mistake during the whole process, which is really rare because I am very good at finding mistakes in numbers. Mr Lan and Alynn were very patient with me in answering all my questions and guided me over all the steps. Mr Lan were very experienced in his field and was able to quickly identify some complication with my real estate case and helped me to solve it properly. I really appreciate their service and highly recommended their team to anyone needing real estate legal expertise!

超级垃圾的律师事务所，只懂得骗取客人的钱财，连律师最基本的本份都没做好，约了过户时间，没准时到、兰岳律师没出现，出现的不知道是哪里的新手律师，一点都没帮到客人争取利益。已经有很多小伙伴都被坑了，大家赶紧避雷这种无良律师吧！

Empathetic - yes thats one word i have for Sienna Liu. Such an amazing person. I mean really, she will go above and beyond for her clients. I can not stress enough on how much helpful she is. I owe her a big one. When my own people gave up on me she helped me in the middle of the night. We need more people like you Sienna. Really thanks a lot for being such an amazing person/attorney.
