Wish I could give zero star for this very unprofessional service. I felt that I never got any useful advice and I was only communicating with a paralegal, who played a role as a voice tube that let me compromise whatever the opposing lawyer asked for. I haven’t got my escrow back after 2 months of closing and I don’t know how long it will last. Even though everything is fine and there’s no reason for them to hold the escrow right now. I have to fight for myself as I never had a lawyer. Plus, if I don’t call them, they never try to push it. Each time I call, I only got feedback that they would contact the buyer’s lawyer. IT IS SO RIDICULOUS!

This experience is with Kathy Yung. She was very methodical and patient with me. She was also responsive and answered my questions whenever they arised. She represented me in both selling and buying and really made both transactions smooth and painless. She is detailed oriented and found some small changes to the contract that would have not been in my favor and was able to get it remedied before closing. I highly recommend Kathy for her professionalism and straight to the point work ethic.

Highly recommend the firm! This is the first time I worked with the team for purchasing commercial office. Their work is above and beyond my expectation.
