Shearon and her team recently helped close our first home, and to say they were fantastic is an understatement. It was a more than usual complex transaction, with seller being out of the country and other factors coming into play, and there was more than one time that Shearon's expertise and negotiation has helped the deal move forward and taken us to the finish line. She was always available for a call if any issues or questions were to come up, offered suggestion, advice and knowledge, and worked tirelessly to ensure we as her clients are satisfied with the transaction terms. The law firm team helped me go through the whole process. First, Wilson explained to me how the 1031 exchange works, which led to my decision to do the 1031 exchange. Then, Shearon and Gary coordinated with the 1031 exchange firm and prepared all the paperwork for closings of the properties. During closing, Shearon explained to me in great detail the documents that I had to sign. It made the whole process very smooth.
