Absolutely the best team and great experience. They have represented me in 3 separate deals, one of which was a $4 million deal. The whole team worked seamlessly, they were extremely responsive, and what I appreciated the most was them taking the time out to speak and explain things to me. They made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions every step of the way. These guys are my go-to lawyers and would highly recommended them to all my friends and family and clients.

I had the pleasure of working with Gary and Shearon on a couple of closings - one involving a NYC co-op and another involving a house on Long Island's north shore. They handled both cases with professionalism and competence. Real estate deals can be emotional and stressful if the other party is difficult and when unexpected problems arise. However, both Gary and Shearon provided calm, clear, knowledgeable and experienced guidance throughout the entire process for both deals. This expertise was absolutely invaluable to me. I very much appreciated the fact that they were very sensitive and responsive to my concerns and took the time to communicate with me constantly. I felt confident that they were truly looking out for my interests and fighting to protect them. At the same time, they were very friendly and kind, not condescending or dismissive. That really laid the basis for building an excellent rapport with them. To top that all off, for all the services they provided, their fees were extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future and can only give them the highest recommendation!

My experience w Shearon was always wonderful. She is always so professional and professional. This review has nothing to do with her service. On the other hand with her coworker it’s not always the case. 1st time experience was alright, okay we still made it through. Second time around, even worst. I don’t know if they don’t know that my time is also very important as their time. All I can say is very unprofessional, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And I don’t think I got a apology.

Mr.Pun has helped me closed 3 COOPs in NYC. The closing experience was smooth every time. He has provide professional advise from signing the contract to the closing. He and His legal team helps me review the contract, COOP offering book and house rules. And they are able to provide legal advise if you have any question. If you have deal with COOP attorney in NYC, you know how difficult they can be. But Mr. Pun's office was able to deal them and push for the closing. I would recommend this office for your real estate investment.
