As a first time home buyer, we worked with Shearon to close a condo in NYC off of a friend’s recommendation. Shearon was very transparent and professional starting with the first phone call, she went over the entire closing process in great details and explained all of the potential risks in our purchasing contract. Unfortunately our closing process turned out to be a lot more complicated than originally anticipated (seller side missing documents), and this created a ton of extra work for Shearon. She proposed a number of different solutions to the seller’s attorney and bank’s attorney, and given the unique circumstance, she was able to push the deal through relatively quickly. This saved us both time and money as we were incurring additional cost staying in temp accommodations while we waited for the closing. Shearon remained very responsive throughout the process, and she was patient with us even though we were calling to follow-up every day. Overall this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends. Thank you Shearon!
