New York office attorney Mr. Han is really professional lawyer, he helped me a lot and really responsible. Joe helped me handle many issue and answered my question immediately. Joe is a courtesy assistant I’ve never seen. A lot of assistants of attorney company are not good and rude, but Joe is really polite and respect to customer. Professional team!

!! 重要警告!!重要警告 !!重要警告 !! !! 千万千万千万别找安娜律师楼 !! 这是一家无良律师楼。该律师楼仅在大致了解案子，且未给委托人过目任何合约的情况下，一直催交钱。转完钱才把合同发过来，而且合同所涉及的内容全都有益于他们自己，没有一条是保障委托人利益的。再是合同里所涉及的委托费用及各种杂费都是含糊不清，话语权全都在他们手上。（请查看Google Review，就有评论涉及到费用问题） 该律师楼在委托人不同意合约内容并且未签订合约的情况下拒绝退首款，即使合约中明确指出首款是在签订合约时才需支付并生效。在协商退款时，该律师楼无法拿出合理依据并且态度恶劣（纽约办事处姓罗的女士）。该律师楼的律师与助理们办事态度不积极，全都在踢皮球，把责任从自己身上撇清。最后还要我签署一份委托人终止协议，才能退三分之一的钱。连委托合约都没签署，哪儿来的委托人终止协议。 从很多地方的得知（包括网上和其他人转述），这家律师楼只认钱，欺负弱势群体，并想尽办法榨委托人的钱。使人极度质疑这家律师楼的专业素养与诚信。在咨询多位律师和朋友后才发现，在纽约民间几乎人人都知道安娜律师楼是一家流氓律师楼。 该律师楼在Google上的Review存在很多问题，可以看到所有的一星评论都有很多点赞，其他五星评论却一个赞都没有，不需要我多说你们也知道这些五星评论是怎么来的。而且网上到处都是对他们家的投诉。我很后悔消费太冲动，没事先查看网上的评价。 最后爆个料，这家律师楼为什么会规模大？因为当初刚开始的时候为了冲业绩扩大名声，在未经过当事人的同意下，私自从其他律师楼购买案件，才做到今天这一步。（我朋友就是当事人之一，当时极度气愤该律师楼的做法） 如果不是Google Review最少只能点1星，我想给负5星。

这家律师楼很坑，只做一个回复，不到一个月收我们接近$8000。大家请谨慎，多咨询，这种坑人的律师楼强烈不推荐。

Money Vampire. Don't trust them. I picked David because of the positive reviews. It was for a simple personal injury case last year but David took months and still couldn't resolve it. I followed up on the status once a while, but sometimes get no reply and sometimes repeat what he said already. There were no progress for months. His staff constantly ask for more payment. I paid them every times, but I didn't see any progress on my case. He was dragging it out so he could suck more money out of me. After many months and payments after payments, the case was still not resolved. I finally had to fire David and found another lawyer. The other lawyer was able to resolve my case in less than a month.

The service at this law firm is exceptional. Both Attorney Robert and Tom are very professional, thoughtful and responsive. Ms. Peng was also a great help. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a team that has your back. Thank you.👍
