You can send email or call her with questions and you realized shes not responding back only because she is helping you resolve issue with the other attorney so be patience working with her. She will assist you and advise you on how to proceed with the contract, escrow etc. I will come back to her in the future. She will help you close that deal for sure. :)

As a first-time home buyer, I know completely nothing about home buying. Until the seller's agent tell me, you may need a lawyer. I first time called Mr. Zhang on a Friday. However, the next day the agent of my dream house told me they will not accept my offer(because the waive contingency). I called Mr. Zhang immediately and tell him I lost the house that l loved. What was magically is Mr. Zhang called the agent right after and clarified everything to help me get my offer accepted. All these happened in 1 hour on a Saturday which belong to Patrick himself. The week after, we finally sat together to talk about the next step. Then we found more issues about the mortgage etc.... and he fixed every problem patiently. The mortgage officer who Patrick introduce to me, get me a 3.xx% rate in late March 2022 and a huge discount(about 20k, I know it is hard to believe). Two months later, I finally got the house. What I learned from my experience on this is I have thousands of ways to lose this house without Patrick's help.
