I was referred to Jenny Ahn and her group to be our attorney for our first purchase of a CO-OP apartment and we do not regret it. Purchasing a CO-OP apartment is a long process but her group did wonderful in helping communicate with the management and board. When it came time to close, Jenny and her group were very thorough in explaining and helping the closing and transfer go buy smoothly. Shout out to the super helpful Hannah, who was our main point of contact during the whole process.

I only have amazing things to say about Jenny and her staff. My family and I contact them about purchasing our first home and they guided us through everything. We never felt out of the loop and the staff was always available to answer any of our questions. They went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and handled at a timely manner. Spina is amazing and sweet, always kept us inform about where we were in the process. I highly recommend them!!!

I used Jenny Ahn office for the sale of my coop. My experience with her team was excellent. To me, the best thing especially during such a complicated process with stress of moving out at same time, is that I have personally very little to have to do. And Jenny's team excelled at that making sure I actually had very little to do. They handled everything, quickly and professionally while keeping me in the loop. Retrieving stock certificate from bank, scheduling everything, all the mountains of paperwork. I basically got to sit back and trust that it was all being handled. Really a completely painless experience from sale to close at a very good price. I HIGHLY recommend Jenny and her excellent support team.

We used Jenny Ahn’s office for the selling of our coop and the purchase of our house. When you hire an attorney you always want to know they have your best interest in everything they are doing. There is no truer statement than how Jenny’s office operates. We dealt most with Sean who is the paralegal for the office. He is one of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with on any level. When we closed on each property he called to congratulate us. He seemed truly happy for us in every step. Every person who works there takes pride in doing a great job for their clients. I used Jenny Ahn's service to purchase my 1st cooperative. I was on my own and had no personal guidance on this venture. Jenny and her team (especially Sean) were amazing. We hired Jenny Ahn as our real estate attorney for our first home purchase. It was a seamless transaction because we literally had an all star team. Everyone involved knew their role and expectations. They are experienced and know the plan of action and how to execute to get things done. And I must say, Sean Kim, the legal assistant at the office is really the MVP. He knew EVERYTHING. He went one step ahead always to explain things from the moment we spoke on the phone till the end of transaction and then some! He has been the solidifier to the experience at the office. Jenny Ahn is professional, confident, and explains everything to you slowly and clearly when you meet with her. She gives you all the time needed. She went over contract with me at 830pm after my 12 hour shift just so we didn't have to wait another day and delay things. Sean stayed at the office late many times answering questions, awaiting documentation, etc. This office is hardworking and knows what they're doing.
