James is a stand up person and attorney. I had a fence line issue and with his expertise it was cleared up in a few days. If you need a great Real Estate attorney, James is your man. I give him beyond 5 star review. You can feel confident he will take care of all of your legal real estate needs.

I was referred to James by the realtor I was working with. He helped me navigate the closing while buying my co-op, which ended up being a lot more time consuming and complicated than we anticipated. James was always available and answered all of my questions quickly. He is extremely kind, hardworking, knowledgable and efficient. He is also 100% on his clients side, even if referred by a 3rd party (something I was initially cautious about). When I was thrown a huge curveball during the process, James went above and beyond to make sure that this sale would happen while other sides were ready to drop everything and move on. I would not have gotten my apartment had I chosen a different attorney. I can't emphasize that point enough, as he is the only one who would have gone to bat for a client like that. I'd recommend him 100% to everyone needing an RE Attorney and will definitely use him for any real estate transactions I have in the future.
