James has helped me through buying my house and then a few years later, selling my house. Throughout the whole process he was extremely responsive and quick with getting answers for me. Guided me through the whole process as well, since it was my first time buying and selling. He really looks out for you as a person and not just another client. Would recommend time and time again.

Great lawyer

Gianpaolo Scarola (JP) of Scarola Benincasa & Mouzakitis in Fresh Meadows are a dream to work with. I have been working with JP for a very long time and I have nothing but great things to say. I work with a lot of lawyers and I can tell you they are not all very pleasant to work with. When I had started as a new agent I would always ask him as many questions as I could because you don't know what you don't know and dealing with the law can be very tricky. He always took time to explain things to me in a way that was effective and easy for me to understand and remember. The reason why I'm making this about myself is because the same way that he took time and care with me years ago, is the same way he has always treated all of my clients since then. He always takes an ethical stance and does whatever he has to, to protect his clients. If you are reading this to decide if he is the right choice, let me tell you he is a rare breed and you would be very lucky to have his representation.

Mr Franzetti was referred to me by my R.E Broker in New York. After left New York for new journey in another state, I needed a trustworthy lawyer who I was not able to meet, but to handle my complicated business of the coop sale in New York. I am very glad that I got to know Mr. Franzetti. His attorney fee is reasonable. I thought I would get "take message and call you back" kinda of thing when reach out to the lawyer, Mr Franzetti and his staff are not like that.
