My experience with Cohen and Cohen law firm was beyond disappointing—it was a complete disaster. Despite seeking their assistance for my auto accident case based on Todd Groman’s recommendation, the situation quickly deteriorated when the law firm took matters in their own hands. Initially, Leanna, a paralegal, efficiently gathered all necessary information. However, chaos ensued when Ashley, another paralegal, took over and redundantly asked the same questions. After enduring this frustrating ordeal multiple times, I received a shocking late-night text from Ashley, informing me that they were dropping my case—signed off by Albert Cohen, not my lawyer as expected. Cohen and Cohen's incompetence and lack of professionalism are appalling— If not for Todd Groman, I would give this firm 0 stars. The only individual I would recommend is Todd Groman, as he is extremely knowledgeable.
