Living out of state made dealing with my mom's estate a bit daunting but Jason was very responsive and supportive. We had a problem with the will and an expired notary stamp and Jason was able to jump through hoops to get me appointed as executrix. I'm glad I found him.

Worked with Jason in dealing with a very complex (in NY and international) will, dealt with difficult people. Jason was honest about possible outcome/s, he followed up in court and was in direct communication with said difficult and unsophisticated people. He was very knowledgeable, professional, understanding, patient, and responded to communications (sometimes with a delay). Matt, his Partner, worked on selling a property and managed the process flawlessly. If need be, will definitely use services in the future and highly recommend.

When I used to think of the word attorney the words integrity, honesty, helpfulness and compassion have never really come to mind. But after finding myself in a legal estate nightmare I found my way to Jason and Matt and all of that changed. Not only did they fix the estate and get everyone their share of the inheritance but they did it in a way that made us feel informed and protected every step fo the way. You do not have to be afraid of the law or going to court when you have the right people behind you and Jason and Matt are the right attorneys for the job.

Very knowledgeable and Easy to talk to. Was just there yesterday to Draw up a will. Jason Stern knew more about Wills and Estate Laws than Most Anyone else!! Very easy process and he talked over all our concerns and issues in detail with us. We traveled, from Staten island, to Queens in the pouring rain to see Mr. Stern and we are MORE than Grateful that we did! Thank you very much Jason..
