Edward Vitale essentially held my hand thru my first time home buying experience; which can be both exciting and scary. I purchased a cooperative apartment, a process with a lot of back forth, between the co-op management, seller, bank, and lawyers. During this process, Edward explained to me everything that was going to take place, step-by-step. He presented a very realistic time-frame of when to expect closing. He was able to answer all my questions in a very clear, easy to understand, manner. I was very impresses with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner. During the progression, he reviewed with me the sales contract and proposed modifications that were for my benefit. He dealt fully with the other attorney without being outmaneuvered. Explained at closing all the documents I signed. Whenever we met, he was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule and always returned messages in a timely manner.
