After dealing with the City of New York, my attorney was able to settle my case for the exact amount that I told him I would accept. I find it rare that any attorney can get his/her client what they would be satisfied with. But Elie Aryeh not only got me the money I sorely needed but even worked hard to reduce the liens on my case. His trial preparation was extraordinary and made the City realize his seriousness in getting the money I deserved. I have been with Mr. Aryeh for over 10 years on various cases and I have recommended him to my family members.

Mr. Aryeh, no only guided me through my first home purchase, but also went out of his way to conclude with some other house issues he founded in the process.

If you want a knowledgeable real estate attorney who knows the ins and outs of real estate law and who will keep you in the loop at all times, then Elie Aryeh is the attorney for you. He represented me in a purchase of a 3 family home, worked diligently and kept me updated at all times. He also worked very well with my real estate broker. That's what I found in my lawyer, Elie Aryeh. He got me my loss wages paid, my doctors were paid and at the end also got me a sizable settlement.
