He efficiently assisted in the rapid resolution of last minute issues presented by the buyer. When I thought I would arrange power of attorney on my own, he even provided supporting documents to assist me (in the end, we ended up requesting him to properly execute the power of attorney because his rate was extremely reasonable). Devang C. Shah is a kind, warm, centered, understanding man, who also happens to be an excellent Real Estate Lawyer. He explains everything, goes out of his way to be convenient to his clients and sees and solves problems before they really ever happen. I'm a areally streesful place right now and when I saw that there was something, unexpected in the seller's contract I got quite upset. Devang remained calm, quickly soothing me and assuring me that he would take care of the problem (which he did).
