Had an absolutely incredible experience with David. Worked with our schedule, and was always there for us when we needed him. Getting a divorce can be an emotional, stressful experience, and David made it so easy, and as stress free as possible.

Incredibly Professional and Understanding Quite simply, I consider it fortunate that David Gross was recommended to us. I firmly believe that no one else could have made the process of our mediation as seamless as David did. From the very beginning, he was accommodating, articulate, highly detailed, and demonstrated an immense knowledge of the law and how best to achieve our objectives. Even more importantly than this however, is the human aspect. Throughout our mediation, David showed the empathy for what we were dealing with and understanding for all of the emotional ebbs and flows that comes with separation/mediation/divorce. As a value consideration to retaining counsel, I placed that attribute far above any of the others David so frequently displayed, and I am grateful for it. I recommend him without reservation.

A lot of personal positive hype that doesn't match what follows. Research, research, research before you hand over a retainer. There should be no rush!

Erica is one of the worst attorneys out there. My divorce was going on for over a year, unfortunately Erica kept going and going and they kept promising things that she couldn’t do. All they did was use me for money they dragged my divorce on longer then it had to because they wanted to continue getting paid from me. Anyone reading this think Twice before using this firm, and really think twice before letting Erica handle your divorce! Divorce finally went through after I changed attorneys!
