I have worked with Mr. Silverberg for numerous cases over several years. Initially he was randomly assigned to represent me in a very complex custody case, involving medical issues, visitation and so forth. Mr. Silverberg went above and beyond to organize evidence that was complex. He took the time to learn about my toddler's medical issues and appropriate treatments. He fought hard in a long, drawn-out battle and we won with the best possible outcome. I later hired him to represent me for child support associated with medical expenses. In this instance, he was secured with an appropriate retainer and stood by me for years as the case was drawn out over the pandemic. When my daughter was much older, I was faced with another custody battle and assigned a different lawyer who was terrible. She was neglectful and arrogant (ironically with a good reputation). I got rid of her and got another randomly assigned lawyer. While kind, attentive and well known in Queens, the next attorney I got was no Rob Silverberg. I interviewed other attorneys and quickly realized no one even comes close to the skill and expertise with unrelenting drive and fight that Mr. Silverberg offers. The outcome of the case determined our future welfare and too important to take chances! If anyone is going to win, it is Rob Silverberg. Sure enough, it was worth every penny and more. He has a passion for winning and I needed a winner. Mr. Silverberg earned me the best possible scenario, even greater than my hopeful expectations. I hired Robert Silverberg for a family court matter which was the worst mistake of my life. Prior to hiring him, He came across as competent and willing to fight for the best possible outcome for me. That was not what I received once I hired him as counsel for both of my cases. Robert never listened to any of my concerns, or shared any real options nor strategies that would benefit my cases. He urged me to agree to the very first settlement offer. Not because it was the best possible outcome for me and my very small child but because it was a way to resolve the matter and get it over with he explained. He showed little to no interest in fighting for the best possible outcome, in fact he withdrew from my cases the day of trial because I expressed some of my concerns with him which caused me to have to obtain new counsel at the very end of my cases. This was a blessing in disguise because I couldn’t be happier now. I settled my case the very first appearance with the new counsel and walked away with a much better settlement. A settlement that’s fair, which was all I wanted.

Who kept his word in every way. Robert did not just represent me in accord with local law, he took the time necessary to fully comprehend and understand my case despite quoting me a flat fee for all activities related to the case. As such, he was able to fully represent me in the face much adversity and negotiate an outcome which was beyond my wildest imagination, assuring me he would follow up and ensure any Order the Judge filed was correct and agreeable to both parties. My ex-husband was behind on making payments for our three children's medical and education expenses, and I decided to take him to court.
