Lack of responsiveness and communication from the attorney
“Seth held my hand throughout this process the whole way. Initially, there was a delay in getting started but Seth and I were able to come to an understanding and he held up his side of the word to the very end.”

Unsatisfactory outcomes despite hiring the attorney
“I am very disappointed with the results. He took my money and I find out that he can' do nothing about the undesirable outcome. He kept me waiting for more than a year and all I get back is $40 with letter telling me I have to pay a fine. What a lousy lawyer!! I guess he prefers bigger money clients!”
