All I can say my experience as been horrible. It's been exactly 25 days that I've been trying to get a hold of him. I've emailed him, I've called and still haven't heard from him. He owe me my refund from my agreement that I did with him with my tenants. He is very quick to take your money then after that you will not hear from him. Very unprofessional and not reliable. I will not continue doing business with him and will not be referring him to anyone. Please beware...

I had the incredible experience of seeing Seth Rosefeld in action when he saved a family member from eviction at the last minute. This individual was facing eviction the very next day, and things were looking pretty grim. But Seth stepped in with a level of care and commitment that was truly amazing. Right from the start, Mr. Rosenfeld showed he understood both the legal issues and the human side of the situation. He listened carefully to the tenant’s story and showed real empathy. It was clear that he wasn't just about winning the case, but about fighting for the tenant’s right and making sure the tenant was heard. Seth’s skills shone through as he carefully went through every detail of the case, found key legal points, and built a strong case. I am not the type to give bad reviews, I usually only submit these for excellent service, but I am concerned about anyone else that may hire Mr. Rosenfeld believing he will actually fight for your case. He actually hurt our case tremendously. He wasted three years of our time. And in that time, our property and situation with tenant suffered more irreparable damage. We now had to hire a new attorney and start all over again! Nightmare! He lied to us throughout, and was completely negligent. He ignored most of our calls and messages, it would often take weeks before I heard back from him. He would show up late to court, and didn’t even bother to submit important Affidavits he had me rush to notarize. I noticed on here that when people spoke up about their horrible experiences with Mr. Rosenfeld, he would just reply claiming he never worked with such person. I wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to do that here or tries to twist what I am saying because he seems to have no conscience about lying, but he knows the truth. I’m just mainly hoping to save others from going through the same ordeal. I strongly suggest not hiring this man. Please do your research and pick an attorney with high ethics, and one that will fight for you in court.

I called for some over the phone advice and Mr. Rosenfeld provided me with so much information. I’m so grateful because I can somehow hopefully protect myself with some of the info me shared.
