Slow communication and lack of responsiveness from the lawyer
“I contacted Mr.Rosenfeld about a tenant who is abusive and had even harmed my dog. Mr. Rosenfeld wasted no time bringing this tenant to court. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Mr. Rosenfeld. The tenant was evicted and all my other tenants are a lot happier. I am happier too.”

“He did not include the petition in the papers served. His process server only went one day. His process server broke my door. He wrote hardship paperwork wrong. He refused to let me see a Motion to Dismiss. Instead of throwing the case out and starting again he made me WASTE 3 MONTHS waiting for the Judge to throw out my case because he would rather make me lose my home, my car and my credit than admit he and his process server did not do what they were supposed to.”
