I know I was annoying asking thousands of questions, but the firm and their administrative assistant always answered my questions. They work fast, and will always answer you. I was freaking out because it was my first ticket and they made me feel safe to the point I forgot when the court hearing date was HAHAHAHA

Super easy, reduced my cell phone ticket and expired inspection to a jay walking and fire hydrant parking ticket. Wasn’t expecting the cell phone to be reduced but I was pleasantly surprised. Quick responses via email, would definitely recommend them again!
