Staff member at 2053 Flatbush Ave., was very rude, abrasive, disrespectful and presumptuous. After sitting waiting for about 25 minutes, for the man at the desk to finish a call telling another client disappointing news, I was greeted with attitude. He told me I didn't have a workers comp case against a major Delivery company. I have torn ligaments, arthritis amongst a list of other things wrong with my knee. If having surgery to repair the damage isn't proof enough, and this ridiculous man is the face they choose to represent them, then I'll glady take my problems elsewhere. First impression is everything, and based on that experience, I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. No need for you to try to complain about his behavior or schedule an appointment at another location seeking professionalism from this lawfirm. He seems to be in cahoots with the receptionist at the main number, so your concerns will definitely fall upon deaf ears.

The paralegal on the case was available all the time. Picked up the phone everytime. He replied to emails promptly. Explained everything when needed. Im very satisfied with the outcome of my case and all the paralegals and attorneys who assisted

I would recommend this office they help and explained my case the whole way through advised me of my options helped me understand the process and weight out the options. I was so greatful for all the hard work their team did. So happy and pleased with my outcome. Definitely recommend them and just trust they'll do right by you.
