I contacted this firm last year in May 2023 to represent me in my disability claim. They said it would take 3-5 months for the application process. I called 4 months later in September 2023 to see if they had an update on my claim and the lady (dawn marie) says to me that she forgot to process my application because she was too busy taking care of other things. She said she would process the application right away since she forgot and told me I had to wait another 3-5 months since she never filethe application back in May when I contacted them for legal representation. She had a nasty attitude and was very dismissive about the situation as if she had no care that she made a mistake or that i have to wait another 3-5 months. I immediately started looking for a different firm, when all of a sudden I get a text message from them saying they have processed my application and assigned me to a paralegal. So I decided to give them another chance because if I go to another firm, since they already processed the application, they can collect a fee on my claim even if I decide to go to another firm. But it is now January, almost February 2024, going on 5 months since i last spoke to them in September 2023. Still havent heard a thing from anyone or anything. Im extremely disappointed how they’ve been handling this process. No communication what so ever and very unprofessional to say you forgot to file someone’s application when they’re in need of help.

I would recommend this attorney to anyone I have a workman compensation case and he was wonderful I have no regrets with mr. Jorge Alvarez great attorney

Never anyone available ... have no idea what’s going on with my case... every time I call nobody is available to speak with me .. whoever picks up the calls leaves voicemails for the attending paralegal and I never hear a word back .. I am so fed up
