They took my ticket without a problem, but couldn't beat my ticket. It was an easy case to beat but they were not experienced enough to handle a simple ticket. Was recommended by someone , never going here again! BTW if you have the WINIT app, his fees are $150, not the $300 they charge uninformed clients.
