Quick, efficient, effective and satisfying work! More than pleased with the outcome of my ticket hearing. I worried about this for 2 years! An unfortunate incident (my first and only serious ticket) right before the beginning of the pandemic, dragged this out with delays since 2019. I obtained services days before my scheduled hearing and without a snag my ticket was resolved. I am more than ecstatic that this situation is behind me. Thank you!
