Absolutely lovedddddd the law office of Michael D. No complaints what so ever. Michael and Samantha are the dream team. They went above and beyond for my mom and I. If you get into a car accident please take my advice and call them right away!!!! Don’t hesitate. Don’t even think about it just call them. They are absolutely amazing. I was facing a battery of felony charges, ranging from class B to E, as well as a class A misdemeanor, that may have resulted in significant prison time, with mandatory minimums. The Queens Legal Aid (public defender) had deemed my situation "shocking". I had been unable to sleep for more than 3 hours every 4th day and my eyes were perpetually sandy due to conjunctivitis. Despite my severe disorientation, Michael was able to gather all relative information to support my defense. My friends & family suggested I attempt to tackle my case using the public defender, which, despite their best intentions, would have resulted in 6 or more court appearances and possible felony convictions. Amazing law office. I was involved in a rear ended collision. Let me start by saying they are extremely professional and friendly. This guy brought me back from the pits of hell. I am a senior in college and got a aggravated dwi a few months ago. My major in college requires me to have a clean criminal record.
