This was a very straight forward process. The information disseminated was accurate. This was very low stress. I never had to check in on anything because they were on top of everything and reached out if needed. Everyone in this office is very professional. Brandon and his team were like angels in my case. I went into a divorce case process right at pandemic time and besides that, being out of the country.

My experience was great. They took time to hear my concerns, answer any and all questions no matter the magnitude. Most important. They got a ridiculous charged reduced to a simple parking ticket, which about all it was originally. I would highly recommend them to any one dealing with a over zealous police officer.
