I've used Adelina for the purchase and sale of my co-op and she was so helpful during the entire process. It was my first time purchasing a property and she was very patient, answered all my questions and kept me updated and informed during the entire process. I reccomended her to my parents as well. They used her for the purchase of their own co-op and they had the same experience as I did. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during, what can be a very stressful time. If I make another real-estate purchase I'll use her legal services again for sure.
