I’ve been using Andrew Fistels law office for many many years now, over 10 and he has been the best I’ve ever used. He’s honest and price is always great. Don’t believe some of the reviews on here, it’s all nonsense. Some people don’t understand the process and how some summons are reduced to pay a fine but you get no points. Postponing is part of the process sometimes and he’s never missed a court date for me. He’s dismissed many tickets for me but you can’t win them all. I personally was just saved from 22 points using Andrew just recently. Thank you again Andrew for being honest and very well known in NYC/Long Island area!

Services were excellent. Very professional n staff was great. Made me feel very comfortable with my case n he handled my case as a professional should. I recommend his services to everyone needing them.

When i say amazing i mean amazing he would not settle until he knew i was no longer in pain for him it was about me and my needs and even when i was a little upset him and his amazing staff were always kind and fixed any issue i had i am greatfull beyond words definitely five stars

Pesimo servicio! La oficina cambia de asistente con regular frecuencia, y fallan en entrenarlas para estar al dia con los casos de sus clientes por lo cual muchas veces tienden a darte information erronea con respecto a tu caso. La ultima vez que use sus servicios para la renovacion de mi permiso de trabajo, el cual nunca recibi, ya que una de las anteriores asistentes actualizo mi actual direccion, la cual no era correcta. Ella se responsabilizo, hizo el cambio de direccion y supuestamente estubo en contacto con USCIS para confirmar que recibieron my tarjeta de vuelta. Despues de meses de espera y de estar en seguimiento con su oficina, vuelvo a contactarlos a ver que novedades tienen, y para mi sorpresa cambiaron de asistente "UNA VEZ MAS". La actual asistente me dice que ellos han verificado que mi permiso de trabajo fue entregado (aun no lo recibo) que ellos ya se hicieron cargo de lo que tenian que hacer y que ahora es mi problema contactar al USCIS, pero no me han querido proveer nisiquiera con el tracking number para yo poder hacer los reclamos necesarios ya que ya no es "su responsabilidad". Super mal servicio, poca profesionalidad e interes por las necesidaded de sus clientes. Terrible service! The office changes assistants regularly, and they fail to train them to keep up with their clients' cases, which is why they often tend to give you wrong information regarding your case. The last time I used your services for the renewal of my work permit, which I never received, since one of the previous assistants updated my current address, which was not correct. She took responsibility, made the change of address and supposedly contacted USCIS to confirm that they received my card back. After months of waiting and following up with their office, I contact them again to see if they have any updates, and to my surprise they changed their assistant "ONCE AGAIN". The current assistant tells me that they have verified that my work permit was delivered (I have not received it yet) and that they already took care of what they had to do and that now it is my problem to contact the USCIS, but they have not wanted to provide me not even with the tracking number for me to be able to make the necessary claims since it is no longer "their responsibility". Super bad service, lack of professionalism and interest in the needs of their customers.
