Would highly recommend using Mr. Alpert. I was recommended him by a family friend. His staff members are very friendly and always responded in a timely manner to my emails or answered when I called. I got a ticket for trying to be responsible and drive someone’s car since they were in no condition to be operating a vehicle and unfortunately got rear ended by another person on the road. I was so stressed and worried about the situation because I was completely unaware of the circumstances or that driving an uninsured vehicle could get my license suspended even if it wasn’t my car! Mr. Alpert made me feel a lot better about the situation and seemed like a genuine person. In the end he got my ticket dismissed and my bond refunded.

Mr. Alpert is definitely serious business. He will let you know from the moment you explain your issue to him, what he can and cannot do for you. I had five summonses and traffic tickets, very serious ones which all carried 3-4 points each and he dismissed three while the other two were simply dropped to a violation with no points. Couldn’t ask for a better representation. I definitely have him on speed dial for any future incident. Thank you so much.
