Mr. Alpert, you’re the first lawyer I’ve hired and the best I’ve dealt with by far. Living out of state of NY and still being able to have you work with me is definitely the best. If it wasn’t for you, my driving ticket case wouldn’t be dismissed. I’m grateful for you working on my behalf and winning the case. Thank you Mr. Alpert for your excellent law firm and staff, I definitely will recommend you to others in need of your services.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Alpert. My 6-point speeding ticket was completely dismissed thanks to his outstanding work and expertise. I needed to have a tenant to move out. On June 19, I was fortunate to find Seth. At first, I was not too sure he could help me. But Seth handled my case in a very professional manner. He listened patiently as I explained my problem. Seth inquired and examined the issue at hand. Then Seth proposed a solution to the problem. Mind you, this was all done during the free initial consultation. His suggestion and proposed solution to move the tenant was correct (20/20 hindsight). As an attorney, he carefully checked and covered all details. From the serving of the 30 day notice with the correct building owner's name, in this case a trust to when NOT to collect the rent. Seth supported me when I needed help during the trying times. I found him to have the confidence, 16 years of experience to backup that confidence. On July 12, the tenant moved out! I couldn't believe it! Talk about an expeditious action! I am wholeheartedly recommending Seth Rosenfeld to all those who need an attorney to handle landlord tenant conflicts. By the way, the tenant was not angry nor even upset as they moved out. I still can't believe it!

Unfortunately I had the need to use Mr. Alpert for the second time last week and both times he was extremely helpful! A friend of mine had recommended him to me about a year ago and he was able to get my fine reduced for speeding without any points. Last week he was able to do the same for me on a cell phone violation\ Not only was he able to help me but the lady in his office was extremely pleasant and helpful as well regarding paperwork that was necessary. The cost for his services definitely outweighed the fines, aggravation of going to court, and most importantly the points on the my license. I highly would recommend to anyone contacting Mr. Alpert for help.

I had an excellent outcome of my Criminal Court case due to the highly professional and skilled knowledge of the staff at the Addabbo & Greenberg Law firm. Todd Greenberg was the Attorney that I dealt with. He is very compassionate and explained circumstances and options in a very clear and concise manner. This is something extremely important in dealing with a delicate case such as mine and what I was possibly facing. He was very patient/calm and collective in every step of the way with what the Court was trying to impose on me. His confidence when speaking to me was superior. It allowed for me to have a peace of mind and know that everything was going to be ok. That is priceless. I also had to deal with Family Court to which Todd recommended his sister - Jill Stone Law firm. I'll try to make this short by saying she's a replica of him in how she and her staff handled my Family Court Case. I hope this review will encourage you to give them a call if you find yourself in a complete mess to no end like I was in. My family will be forever greatfull to your organization. Thanks is not even the word I should use. I'm speechless.

Honestly I’m so disappointed u told me u took care of my phone ticket and here I am 2 years later just found out u rescheduled the court date not dismissed it and I payed $600 soooooo disappointed

Seems like they’re not interested in new clients. First of all, they never answered the phone. They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. In addition when I asked to come in person I was told he wouldn’t be in today at all but when my brother calls he’s able to be seen that same day. He definitely does not care about his clients, it’s all about the money for him. I had a few friends warn me beforehand but I took the google reviews into consideration and he was closer to my location. There are far better lawyers in the city.

Went in for a consultation today ,it was the best decision I made he answered all my questions and gave me great advice.Made me feel secure about my situation as a tenant.Best place if you have problems with your landlord .Gave me the option to wait and didn’t push me to do anything he wasn’t out it for money and didn’t make me feel like he was out for money .Gave me step by step advice .Did I forget to say free consultation he wasn’t trying to get me out he listens to everything I was concerned about .Best I have seen !

RIP-OFF!!!He charges $460 for 1 hearing or $750 for 2 hearings. Didn’t ask if I was actually speaking On the phone when I received one of the tickets for holding my cell while driving. So I went to the DMV about something else and on the way out dropped by the office of some attorneys AT the Whitestone DMV. Not only were they much friendlier than mr. Alpert but they asked the questions, for example- if I was actually speaking on the phone or just holding it. When I responded that I was only holding it I was told to get the phone records for that month and call them a week before the 2!hearings for three different tickets. And they will be charging $300 for both hearings-$450 LESS than Mr. Alpert!!!! He’s a rip-off!!!

I had a very great experience with Scott and the team; especially Mia, she was so much help throughout the process for my case and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Mia would make herself available whenever I needed her. Everything went very smooth every step of the way. I would recommend Scott and Mia in a heartbeat.
