I hired him to serve a demand letter to compel a trust & estate. He served the letter but i got three responses. He states one was an email and the other 2 were letter answers from attorneys. He calls me and just states there denying everything and tells me I have to sue pro se to compel them and he doesn’t do that stuff. I said that’s why I hired a lawyer. I then ask him to send me the scans of the answers from the opposing attorneys so I can hire a lawyer who will actually do his job. I paid my fee to him and it’s been almost 2 months I call every week and email him and I still haven’t received my scanned answers from the opposing attorneys. He jerks me around. He doesn’t know how to talk to people either he talks to people like your a child. I’m 47 years old and he’s probably the tenth attorney in my life and none of them talk to people the way he does. I would like my scans and my folder so I can consult another attorney and I never asked to be pro se that’s why I hired you. Horrible experience.
