I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, who recently worked with Randy Alpert to dismiss a summons. As she had never needed an attorney before, she was understandably nervous. Randy alleviated her concerns by guiding her through every step of the process, which made her feel secure. He took the time to explain the case in detail, and his pricing was both competitive and fair. Thanks to Randy's help, the summons was dismissed. My mother highly recommends Randy to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Randy Alpert got my ticket for being on my phone (which would’ve been 5 points) dismissed! Every time I called the office, they were all very responsive and gave me any information I needed. I was always updated on the status of my case and was never left in the dark. Would highly recommend this law firm and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I’ve previously posted a glowing review of Seth Rosenfeld, and now that my nearly 2 year case is completed, I want to state again- he will do an terrific job on your behalf! My particular case was an on-going Landlord/Tenant dispute, with several complicated (at least to me) facets. My Mother was a Housing Court Judge, and considered one of the top experts in NY State for that branch of Law, so I grew up surrounded by people “in the business”. I constantly had to message them to hear any information. There was rarely any efficient communications. I never even got to speak to him once I got the result of my ticket, which wasn’t a great outcome.

I called Mr. Seth Rosenfeld with questions and concerns about my new lease and got the answers I needed. He was so patient and kind and took the time out to explain my rights and what the next steps should be and I really appreciate him for that. He isn't biased and gives you answers based on both landlord and tenant with the knowledge combined I would definitely recommend.
