I have a Tenant who went from ok to really bad, stopped paying rent when asked to vacate property in October 2021. So had no choice else than evicting them. Mr. Naveed is a great help. He advised me not to get into nitty gritty, he simply asked me do i need to get the money or get the house . I wanted house so he recommended and moved with holdover case. We got judgement our favor in November and we already have warrants of eviction which can be executed, in case they don't move out by given date. So probably sheriff will have to evict them. I am very thankful for Naveed. I had a commercial eviction case that started before covid. The tenant refused to pay and dragged the case on for almost four years. I never write reviews. I know everyone says it but I literally have written 1 in the last 10 years. We had decided to buy a house and saw the great reviews for Naveed. I called the office and he got back to me 1 hour later. I knew I would need a tough advocate on my side because I was dealing with some tough real estate brokers and in the end Naveed shined through. He helped us when we were at an impasse with the brokers and ensured we were always aware of what was going on. I really would not want anyone else to work on my real estate transaction.

I hired Mr Siddiqi first to evict a tenant in my basement. He got the tenant out after the first court date. Then it turned out that the tenant had filed a complaint with the city and the city came and gave me violations for the basement apartment. Again I called Mr. Siddiqi who appeared very knowledgeable about the problem. After a great first experience I retained him to fight the violations. Like a magician, he beat the violations and I feel so blessed that I chose him to take care of my problems. He is sincere, patient and was always very responsive to me. NAVEED IS AN EXTREMELY CAPABLE LAWYER. I READ ALL OF NAVEED'S REVIEWS BEFORE RETAINING HIM AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT A COUPLE OF THE NEGATIVE ONES. NAVEED IS NOW HANDLING 3 EVICTION CASES FOR ME, AND 2 OF THE TENANTS HAVE ALREADY COMMITTED TO MOVING OUT AND I AM CONFIDENT IN GETTING GOOD RESULTS ON THE LAST CASE. Mr siddiqi represented me in a landlord tenant case and the case went to trial. Mr siddiqi really impressed with his way of breaking apart the tenant’s defenses. I got my house back and the service and experience was flawless. I was given all of the information I needed throughout the case and I knew exactly what to expect at all times. Mr siddiqi gave me his cell number to text him for emergencies which I needed to one rime on a Sunday, and he immediately got back to me. His fees were on par with other attorneys i interviewed, but looking back, it was a bargain for the wonderful lawyer I got.
