Intellectual Property case. Just what I like in a lawyer: not prone to small talk, conscientious, persistent, and capable of grasping quickly the facts that were given to him. However strong you think your case is, you still need a strategy that lays out that strength of position and your opponent's weaknesses and/or lack of credibility. I was particularly impressed by Mr. Beckerman's deposition technique: calm, patient (except with the opposing lawyer's prevarication) and in command of his facts. He also proved to be perfectly capable of setting traps as the terrain permitted, which demonstrated our opponents' lack of veracity.
