I had asked this attorney to attend a court proceeding with me. I agreed to pay him $750.00 for his appearance. Granted, it was a long wait. He bailed out on me at 3:00 pm. Had to go before the judge alone. He cashed my check. I have not heard from him since. Please do not use this attorney. He is a fraud, he's condescending, he is unprofessional. I hired Rabah because I was arrested for 3rd degree assault which is a misdemeanor charge. I was desperate of finding a good lawyer and it took me 2 weeks to find Rabah after reading over 100 reviews and consulted with 6 lawyers. I decided to hire Rabah because he listened and cared. I was able to connect with him and felt he he really wanted to help me with this case. I was extremely desperate because my job was suspended due to this arrest and although I didn't do anything wrong, I needed the best lawyer who can represent me. Thanks goodness there was a happy ending and the charge was dropped for all 4 parties and I'm sure no other lawyer could have helped me to get this result in such a short time. Now I'm back to work and cannot thank him enough. Rabah is professional and very proactive. He will do everything he can to help you and he is always on top of my case.
