Never anyone available ... have no idea what’s going on with my case... every time I call nobody is available to speak with me .. whoever picks up the calls leaves voicemails for the attending paralegal and I never hear a word back .. I am so fed up

I have been dealing with this law firm for almost 9 years now. In my opinion, they are very knowledgeable, very confident, very professional lawyers. The paralegal Corina, who handles my workers comp case in the last few months, is the best in my experience. She respond very quickly on any phone calls or any issues, explains everything very well and easy to understand. She’s very polite. It’s always a pleasure to talk to her.
