I am thankful to have been referred to this firm and to Justin Williams in particular. His responses, emails, phone calls and interventions were always timely. If he said he would call at a certain time, he always followed through...I could set my watch by it! Thank you, Justin!

I've been with your firm since 2012, and I've had 7 surgeries during this time.  I try not to call the office too often unless I have a hearing coming up, an IME, or when workers comp is giving me issues with my prescriptions or my monies.  I believe these are the significant issues to get in touch with your paralegals. From the beginning I've gone through this journey with several different paralegals. I have to say there were quite a few who were simply not on the ball to these various issues. Last year, I finally had someone who was pleasant, smart and thorough.  Someone who called me back and picked up the phone on the first ring. I finally felt relieved and lucky, and we worked great together. Then on March 17, 2024, I received a return email stating she was no longer with the firm. I was so disappointed and frustrated; I was then told Justin would be my new paralegal going forward. You can only imagine my thoughts at having to start all over again with someone not knowing my case or how long I've had problems. To my surprise, and great relief, Justin has been alert, pleasant, thorough and extremely efficient from day one.  He either picks up immediately or calls back as soon as he is able to do so. He's honest if he doesn't have an answer, he'll say so which is refreshing and then calls back asap when he has one. I couldn't have asked for a better paralegal if I hand-picked him myself.  I know I work hard at helping the paralegals where I can, so I expect them to do so. He definitely has exceeded my expectations and then some. I only hope I have him till the end of my case since it's in its final stages. Thank you, Justin Williams, for all your help in such a short time already. I look forward to seeing what else we can accomplish moving forward.

I wish Google allowed me to give this law firm a minus 5 out of 5 for their abysmal customer service. I had my wife's green card petition recently denied due to the staff members' lack of professionalism and dropping the ball when it comes to following up in a timely manner. They are a lazy, disorganized, and incompetent bunch of bums when it comes to following up to requests and follow-ups. Repeatedly said no when I asked if wife could come over on a tourist visa while the green card case is pending. Anchal and staff also showed their arrogance when they abruptly withdrew from my motion to appeal the denial of my wife's petition.

Couldn’t choose a better office to handle my case. Always on timely a manner. Beautiful staff.

What can i say. Mahmoud Rabah proved himself to be an outstanding lawyer, He knows the law both forwards and backwards, ran rings around the prosecution, and dealt with a semi-hostile judge in a professional and highly effective manner. He dedicated himself to my case and provided the much needed empathy and attention to a situation that was making my life a living hell. I would like to think that by the successful conclusion of my case, he is someone that i could call a friend, and would definitely not only use him again in the future if necessary, but would highly recommend him to anyone else in need, If you hire him, you will not be sorry.

I am writing this review about Mr.Rabah to express my thanks for his representation of my brother and our family. Mr.Rabah helped us for a whole year dealing with this very stressful case.
