Hello everyone, My name is Cristina and from the first moment I got to speak to my paralegal Ms.Carolyn Thompson she was and still is! So patience, answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, never rushed me off the phone and made sure I understood everything. Ms.Thompson always gets back to my messages and phone calls in a timely matter. She goes above and beyond and I appreciate her hard work. If there was an extra star I would have gave her 6 instead of 5! This law firm is phenomenal!

So far so good. Carolyn Thompson is excellent. Very helpful and responsive. I call a few times every other week just to get a better understanding on how things are going and or, if I have any concerns and she always has an answer or will dig for one. 👍
