I met Todd Greenberg through a referral source to take on my DWI case in Kew Gardens. I was seeking out an attorney that I can truly trust especially as it was the first criminal charge nor ever have a traffic infraction. Handling a DWI consist of both civil case and criminal case which most attorney fail to explain properly and can have different impacts on your life. Not only do you face a criminal record but even if you win the criminal, you can potentially face revocation of your license. Because of Todd, I was able to win the civil case which is extremely rare and have great results on the criminal side. At the age of 42, my concerns are the negative impact on my career, record, and livelihood. Todd really made it a point to understand my case and get to the know the person I am. Not many attorneys really take the time to study the fine details of a case like Todd does and that truly means a lot. He does not sell you a dream but is truly realistic and will think of just about everything to help you make a well-educated decision on how you would like to proceed. I just finished 95 percent of my case and I have one more appearance but with Todd by my side, I never get worried. I can truly say that Todd Greenberg is the only criminal attorney I would recommend for Queens.
