I had a wonderful experience working with the attorneys at Rosado, Apat, and Dudley. I have so much gratitude for the support they offered in my case. It was such a pleasure to work with them and the entire firm through what can be a difficult and complex process. Throughout the entire experience, the staff helped guide me through every step of the way from getting access to the needed therapy to the court proceedings. I felt very well taken care of and informed so I would highly recommend working with this firm.

I have been trying to contact this company for three weeks now. I have left numerous messages and have not received a call back regarding my case. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not use this firm. I am in the real estate business and deal with numerous attorneys and litigators almost on daily basis and implore you to not use this firm . At this juncture I am paying at least three other attorneys on hourly basis with a few others charging me a flat rate for closings etc. so I do not have issues with attorneys nor am I unfamiliar with how things work. I called them and left a message with the secretary regarding a legal assistance I was seeking for a poor elderly man who has been subject to a fraudulent deed transfer. Shortly after I receive a call back from the rudest most obnoxious attorney from their firm. I would very much love to elaborate on my exchange with him but that’d be lengthy....suffice to say that they are not fair, nor are they professionals. Haven’t talked to all of their attorneys but plenty of better litigators out there. Refrain from retaining them

I have used this Law firm for 15 years. They are always right on top of everything. I am very happy with their services.

INCOMPETENT They sent my husband to a court hearing with a “partner “ who had NO paperwork and was totally unprepared. The judge was going to throw out the case, but for the kindness of the OTHER side (insurance company) who had everything and took pity on my husband and gave paperwork to the judge the case continued. My husband was neglected, NEVER got a call back ever. My husband killed himself and we’ll never know why BUT if someone refers you to them RUN don’t walk.
