Natalie, thank you for making a difficult, the most difficult process of my life, as uncomplicated and amicable as possible. You were always accessible via phone and email and your calm and knowledgeable approach gave the me the confidence to press on when I was mentally drained. To the public that may read this post, Natalie always had my best interest top of mind. She advised me to insist on things I was timid to suggest as well as to avoid conflict over others that were trivial and not worth the fallout. Just a clear and constant voice through a foggy process. I am so pleased with the current state of things and I have Natalie to thank.
